Required Skills:
Master of at least two UI frameworks (YUI, jQuery, Dojo, etc.). Equally comfortable writing JavaScript from scratch.
(X)HTML Expert.
CSS Expert.
Proficient in XSL/XSLT.
Knowledge of Web standards (W3C), best practices, cross browser issues
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.

Preferred:
Experience working in a Java/J2EE development environment.
Graphic Design experience.
Interaction Design experience.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Fireworks or equivalent tool.
Experience with multi-release team-based product development cycles.

Required Experience:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
