Responsibilities:
Build data processing software inJava for analyzing terabytes of data in the cloud using Hadoop and Hive through simple to complex chains of queries, custom UDF/UDAFs, and map/reduce jobs.
Build an advertising auction system with bidding, quality analysis and accounting
Build a real-time API for data collection and ad serving
Work on all aspects of software development including design, implementation, testing, deployment, tuning, and monitoring
Interact with customers to integrate the product with their games/applications
What we are looking for:
Experience with Java and SQL.Python, JavaScript/AJAX, RoR knowledge is a bonus
Distributed/parallel computing,Hadoop/HBase/Hive experience
Excellent communications skills
Sharp problem solving skills
Recent previous startup experience or high energy personality
An interest in playing games, either online or off
