Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Must have: Proficiency with XML technologies including XML Schema and namespaces
Must have: Proficiency with core Web services standards including WSDL, UDDI, and SOAP
Must have: Solid experience in developing applications in Linux/GNU environment
Must have: Strong programming skills (6+ years) in JAVA/J2EE along with at least one scripting
language (Perl, Python, Ruby/Shell)
Must have:Web services development experience using JAVA/J2EE
Must have: Knowledge of bindings for SOAP, such as HTTP and JMS
Desired but NOT required: An understanding of the key concepts of Internet security
Desired but NOT required: Familiarity with networking protocols (Layer-3, Layer-4, and Layer-7 of
Internet security
Experience working in an agile environment is desirable
