Company – Provider of business continuation and disaster recovery software for the cloud

Responsibilities:
Design, development, and testing of an easy to use Web User Interface.
Generate designs, mock-ups, and prototyping for features of our product with high attention to details.
Participate in collaborative design and highly iterative development.
Help in the documentation and training of delivered software.

Requirements:
Experience developing web user interfaces, widgets and applications.
Knowledge of UI frameworks such as GWT, YUI.
Object-oriented JavaScript skills.
AJAX/HTML/CSS experience and/or familiarity with dojo toolkit.
Significant development experience in C/C++ and/or Java in a UNIX environment and familiarity with Python and Shell scripting.
Graphic design experience and skills a plus.
Strong application development and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, etc.) and LAMP stack.
Experience working on cross-browser platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and expertise in software engineering methodologies and effective unit testing.
Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 3+ year’s industry experience.
